What is the difference between CO₂ gas fracturing and traditional explosive blasting?
CO₂ gas fracturing uses high-pressure carbon dioxide to break rock without explosives. It eliminates shock waves, vibration damage, flyrock, toxic fumes, and most regulatory burdens of blasting.
Which product should I choose for my application?
It depends on your rock type, scale, and site:
CO₂ Gas Fracturing System: large-scale mining, tunnels, controlled fragmentation with minimal vibration.
Hydraulic Piston Splitter: precision work in urban construction and renovation with minimal environmental impact.
Drill-Split Integrated Machine: high-efficiency combined drilling-and-splitting for medium-to-large operations.
What rock types can your equipment handle?
Granite, basalt, limestone, marble, sandstone, quartzite, and reinforced concrete, among others. Tell us your geology and we will confirm feasibility.
How much rock can be broken per day?
Output varies by hardness, hole depth, and crew efficiency:
CO₂ System: 50-150 m³ per hole, 10-30 holes/day = 500-4,500 m³/day.
Hydraulic Splitter: 0.3-2 m³ per split, 100-300 splits/day = 30-600 m³/day.
Drill-Split Machine: 100-400 splits/day = 30-800 m³/day.

Is CO₂ gas fracturing environmentally friendly?
Yes. The process uses food-grade carbon dioxide that is non-toxic and naturally present in the atmosphere. No NOx or sulfide residues are produced.
Are special permits or licenses required?
Requirements vary by country:
CO₂ Systems: generally fewer permits than explosives since CO₂ is not classified as explosive; check high-pressure vessel rules locally.
Hydraulic Systems: typically no special permits, only standard construction regulations.

How safe is the CO₂ cylinder if it ruptures?
Cylinders are made from high-strength alloy steel rated up to 60 MPa and equipped with pressure relief protection designed into every system.

What is the typical lead time?
In-stock equipment ships in 7-15 days; custom configurations take 20-40 days; large multi-system orders 30-60 days. International shipping adds 15-45 days depending on destination and method.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% against BL copy and inspection report), irrevocable L/C at sight for large orders, PayPal for samples/deposits, WeChat Pay/Alipay for Chinese customers.

Main equipment carries a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects; wear parts (seals, gaskets, valves) carry 6 months. Extended warranty options are available.
