Drill + Split in One Attachment

A 120° rotating platform with side swing switches between drilling and splitting automatically. No separate drilling rig, no second machine, no lineup coordination.

Hard-Rock Class Force

Two- and three-stage hydraulic supercharging delivers up to 30,000 t of static splitting force. Granite, basalt, limestone, reinforced concrete break cleanly.

Static, Safe, Permit-Free

No explosives, no flyrock. Low vibration, 60-80 dB noise, and 95% dust capture keep sites clean and compliant next to people and infrastructure.

Non-Destructive Excavator Upgrade

Mounts on 20-65 t wheeled or tracked excavators, connects to standard breaker hydraulics, and installs or removes in about 1 hour.

PHASE 01

Precision Drilling

The high-frequency hydraulic rock drill bores holes from 90 to 160 mm, up to 2.5 m deep, at up to 1,000 mm per minute. Built-in dry and wet dust control keeps the work area clean.

PHASE 02

Hydraulic Splitting

The splitter head enters the hole and the 120° rotating platform aligns it to the free face. Multi-stage supercharging delivers up to 30,000 t of static force, cracking the rock in about 40 seconds.

PHASE 03

Reposition & Repeat

The head rotates to the next hole instantly and the cycle restarts. Wireless remote operation keeps the operator at a safe distance; one excavator closes the full workflow.

Will it work with my excavator?

The attachment is built for 24-65 t wheeled and tracked excavators (models ZD1000, ZD1500, ZD2000). It connects to the standard breaker hydraulic circuit, installs in about 1 hour, and switches back to bucket or breaker when the job is done.

How much splitting force does it deliver?

Up to 30,000 t of static splitting force with two- or three-stage hydraulic supercharging (ZD2000 runs 3-stage with 2x boost). Hard granites, basalts, and reinforced concrete split cleanly with controlled crack direction.

Is it safe near buildings and in gassy mines?

Yes. It is static, non-explosive rock breaking: no flyrock, no blast permits, low vibration, 60-80 dB noise, and built-in 95% dust capture. Suitable for urban sites and gassy environments where blasting is restricted.

How does it compare with a breaker hammer?

One machine replaces the drill-and-break two-stage workflow. Output is typically 3-6 times a breaker, fuel consumption is about 30% lower, the excavator frame lasts longer without hammer vibration, and only one operator is needed.
