How It Works
Three simple steps to break rock — all performed by a single machine
Precision Drilling
The high-power rock drill bores a precise hole into the rock face. Drill diameter ranges from 89mm to 152mm depending on the model, with depths up to 2,100mm. The built-in air compressor clears dust in real time.
Hydraulic Splitting
The splitting wedge is inserted into the drilled hole. Multi-stage hydraulic supercharging generates tremendous lateral force (up to 30,000T), cracking the rock along the natural grain in approximately 40 seconds.
Reposition & Repeat
The 120-degree rotating platform and side-swing mechanism quickly reposition the machine for the next hole. Remote control operation keeps the operator at a safe 50m distance throughout the entire cycle.
